Access is limited to individuals who meet applicable legal age requirements. Users must comply with all relevant provincial and federal regulations, including the minimum age of 19 years.

No direct participation services are offered. The Platform does not enable ticket purchases or entry into number selection events.

2. Account Use and User Obligations

If an account is created, you agree to submit information that is accurate and kept up to date. Safeguarding login credentials remains your responsibility.

Allowing third parties to access your account or using credentials belonging to others is not permitted and may lead to suspension.

The Platform may restrict or disable accounts found to be in breach of these terms or involved in deceptive behavior.

3. Content Reliability and Updates

Although reasonable efforts are made to maintain current and accurate information, the Platform does not warrant that all content is complete or error-free.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada.

Before initiating legal proceedings, users agree to seek resolution through mediation conducted in Ottawa, Ontario.
